On-The-Job-Training (OJT) Program Overview:

All selected candidates must complete required training and pass the Training Test
-
After completing training, you the Freight Broker In-Training (FBIT) will be giving 3-6 months to build his or her book of business.

The book of business that is built in training will be processed exclusively with DHL Freight.

You the Freight Broker In-Training will stay in the Training Program until you have acquired one or two customers. After acquiring a customer, you will be moved over to DHL Freight as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
